The recipes are easy to follow, the ingrediants very accessible, and they taste great! The added bonus is that each recipe has a full color picture to show you what your meal should look like. This is a must for people who are attempting the recipe for the first time. I have already recommended this book to all of my friends and I think it is a must have for your international cookbook library.
